OVPTL Communications

The communications team at the Office of the Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning (OVPTL) is tasked with supporting the main OVPTL office, as well as oversight and assistance for UCI Summer Session, Division of Teaching Excellence and Innovation (DTEI), and Division of Undergraduate Education (DUE).

Support services include:
Visual Identity: Photoshoots, Graphic design
Multi Media Production: Video production, Live streaming, Editing, Drone filming
Strategic Communication Guidance: Press Releases, Media Advisories
Brand Guidelines: Ensuring that units and departments understand and implement UCI Brand Guidelines
SWAG: Assistance in strategizing, sourcing and designing SWAG items.
Social Media Trainings: Providing campus wide Social Media workshops, one on one marketing advice with departments and units
