Student Advice for Pandemic Success

Second-year business administration major Lisa Deng joins Associate Dean Jonathan Alexander to talk about some of the things she’s been doing to find balance, establish structure, and practice mindfulness during this unprecedented time. From setting aside time for meditation to finding new ways to get organized, Lisa offers her best advice for making the most of pandemic life.

As we all search for ways to adapt and establish our new normal, let’s remember that we are all in this together. By sharing our struggles and triumphs, we can learn from each other and find ways to be successful.
